Job Summary The Business Intelligence Analyst III helps the Company make better data-driven decisions. They are comfortable working with data and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. They use their technical skills to gather and manipulate data to produce insightful and easy to understand reports/dashboards to manage the business. Duties and Responsibilities Build Tableau dashboards to satisfy stakeholder needs Query, research, and manipulate large data sets Analytical support for business units Simplify complex problems and build sustainable solutions Escalate issues to management when necessary Perform other related duties as required Qualifications Expert in Tableau and data visualization best practices Statistical knowledge a plus (R, Python) Comfortable building and connecting to data sources and writing complex calculations with minimal oversight Willingness to coach/train other analysts Experience querying/researching large data sets in Excel and SQL Comfortable gathering/documenting requirements from stakeholders Experience owning multiple projects and meeting deadlines Proven track record solving complex business problems using a data-driven approach Comfortable working cross-functionally with different business units Bachelor s degree required 5
years in Business Intelligence Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
