Summary:
Under close supervision, this position is responsible for the assembly and installation of products while providing a safe, efficient, and courteous delivery to our customers.
Assist in helping load and unload items and maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle and installation site.
Incumbent must be able to work any shift to satisfy the demand for flexibility of scheduling to ensure operational success.
This includes, but is not limited to, day shifts, night shifts and/or weekend shifts.

Help assemble and install products for all customers and manufacturers within a home location or job siteProperly assemble products per manufacturer's specifications, test for proper functionality and load, unload and install safely, according to local codes and standards without damage to product or customer locationIdentify and resolve any issues in a professional and effective manner to ensure a positive outcomeInteract with coworkers and customers in a professional, fast-paced environment to ensure customer needs are met while building a strong working relationship with a positive attitude.
Understand and promote all JBHT safety requirements including required use of personal protective equipment to ensure safety of self and co-workers; adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure job site is safe for product installation and free from hazards and obstructions that could endanger workers or damage the delivery siteMay assist with project execution through effective communication in order to improve operational efficiency and profitabilityPay:

Qualifications:
Preferred Qualification:
1-2 years experience with High School Diploma/GEDExperience in installing appliances, manual or physical labor, construction site preferredAbility to fulfill physical requirements (lift/move product up to 100 pounds or greater)Ability to wear appropriate work attire (bump cap, footwear-steel toed shoes, gloves, safety vest)Customer service skills Experience in material handlingExperience installing large, bulky equipmentWillingness to work flexible workdays and hoursExperience utilizing hand and power toolsMay travel up to 50% of timeEducation:
