Executive Assistant to President ($45k-$48k)

Seeking an Administrative Assistant for a mid-sized manufacturer.

Description:
Under limited supervision, provides executive secretarial and administrative support to the President of a Consumer Products Company.
Essential Duties:
Type and/or correspond to various departments, outside professionals, business contacts, customers, etc., in the form of letters, company memos, technical papers, publication, etc. by either letter dictation or with little and or no direction. This also includes the ability to proofread, check and or correct grammatical errors in all correspondence, proposals, etc.
Provide daily administrative support to the President and act as primary liaison for inquiries, scheduling requests, and follow ups.
Manage the leaders calendar, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel and accommodations.
Arrange meetings, prepare agenda in advance and take meeting minutes and distribute documents to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Confirm all appointments and arrangements and keep the leaders updated on all schedule changes made on their behalf.
Handle correspondence and confidential documents
Generate letters, memoranda, and reports. Proofs material for errors.
Prepare expense reports.
Experience:
4+ years as an Administrative Assistant
Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with the ability to work cohesively with others
A high level of motivation and initiative, follow through, and the ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally.
Ability to manage daily tasks with minimal supervision
Demonstrated track record of interacting with all levels of management, staff, and outside contacts in a courteous, professional, and discreet manner.
Proficient with all Microsoft applications to include Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, WordPerfect, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
