Summary

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for daily production and completion of analytic and customer profiling projects in the Database Marketing group. Position requires a high level of analytic and database skills and will include interaction with clients and other departments.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

To complete database marketing analysis for prospects and clients, including customer profiling, response modeling, and campaign back-end reporting.

Assist in the development of standard reporting and customer database deliverables. To use technical knowledge to help automate and
standardize analytics and market research deliverables with the goal of increasing department efficiency.

To support client database installations, including:
The coordination of database updates in conjunction with the client, Client Relations, Information Services, and database programmers.
Provide analysis and reporting for clients on a monthly and ad hoc basis using database tools such as Alteryx, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, and others.

To assist clients in planning and execution of marketing programs. This will involve utilizing campaign management software tools for the purposes of data mining client databases, analyzing past client promotions or customer behavior, and recommending campaign strategies to maximize clients' direct marketing ROI.

To assist the Sr. Database Marketing Analyst in developing the database marketing capabilities which includes attending seminars, evaluating new software and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of database marketing industry.

To complete various projects as assigned by the Sr. Database Marketing Analyst or Director of Integrated Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate degree in marketing, computer science or equivalent related experience in database and direct marketing.

Requires hands-on knowledge of direct marketing, as well as sufficient systems knowledge to master the skills necessary to access data. Requires knowledge of relational database systems and PC technology.

3-5 years of directly applicable experience required

Must have strong knowledge of personal computers, specifically with software programs such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access. Experience with MapInfo, Alteryx, campaign management software, SAS, Oracle, or SQL Server a plus.

Must be creative, technically strong and be comfortable in a highly analytical environment with attention to detail required.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to effectively balance multiple tasks and be able to work in a fast paced environment and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail under strict deadlines.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
