Supervises and coordinates activities such as work procedures, employee rotation, work schedules and attendance Evaluates and recommends employees for hire or termination Coordinates with management to assure production activities are as efficient as possible Enforce company safety, break & lunch policies Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior Tracks and communicates employee performance and provides disciplinary / corrective action as needed Train and coach other operators and line employees to maintain high efficiency with minimal down time Coordinates with management to assure production activities are as efficient as possible Ensure all packaging equipment is in operational condition Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace Document down time and lost efficiency Ensure quality guide lines for products are followed Enforce all FDA and company guidelines Assist with Continuous Improvement Requirements:
Supervision & Food Industry experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
