In this fast-paced environment, The Human Resource Assistant supports the HR Director, HR Generalist, and HR Payroll manager as directed.
The incumbent should be computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technologically savvy to quickly pick up other periphery software.
Good organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and problem solving are required.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Supports Human Resource processes by sending onboarding packages to new hires, benefit information, and other required documentation Assist in New Hire Orientation Organize Employee Events such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Holiday Celebrations) Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential Assist Payroll Manager by obtaining completed benefit forms for entry into ADP & Benefit software Answer Telephones, relay messages, and maintains equipment and supplies Maintain, Organize and Upkeep employee files are up to date Work Hours and

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and
Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Prior experience in human resource role is preferred Strong Communication and Organizational skills Maintaining employee files Orienting New Hires.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
