We are looking for a Practice Manager to join our team.

Summary:
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the office and the maintenance of high quality customer service for our employees.
This position will be responsible for assisting the Managing Directors with all administrative duties and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work well independently and collaboratively with others.
The successful candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality, work with a high level of professionalism, and be able to prioritize tasks.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry with practice management is a plus and will be compensated.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist Managing Directors with all administrative duties (phone, scheduling, employee customer service, etc.
) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
(This position does not require medical knowledge) Perform daily office routine tasks such as:
Mail Postage, Answering emails, etc.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Managing Directors.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role in a healthcare setting (i.
e.
, Office Management, Administrative Assistant, etc.
