We are seeking a hardworking and organized individual to fill our Accounts Receivable position in the Chicago Metropolitan area.
Major Duties and
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable billing to numerous clients.
Coordinate with Subcontractors to manage contracts, insurance and certified payrolls.
Manage payroll reporting for:
Headcount, OCIP, LCP Tracker Process workers comp.
and GL claims Requirements and Skills:

years of accounts receivable experience 1
year of insurance experience Proficient in Microsoft Outlooks, Word, and Excel Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to communicate verbally and report effectively Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn new systems and adapt to new processes and procedures
